Finding the right charger and cable
Wall chargers: 20W USB-C PD fast-charges any recent iPhone. Samsung and other Android phones charge fastest with 25W or more (PPS). GaN chargers are smaller and cooler, and 65W–100W models can charge a laptop, tablet and phone from one plug.
Car chargers: choose a dual-port model with USB-C PD so two passengers can charge at once. Wireless chargers and 3-in-1 stations charge a phone, earbuds and watch together.
Cables: match the connectors (USB-C to USB-C, USB-C to Lightning, or USB-A) and the wattage. A 60W or 240W cable is needed for fast laptop charging. Braided cables from Ugreen, Anker and Foneng last longer.
